Frequently Asked Questions

The annual licensing fee covers access to JII certification exams, training materials, your institution dashboard, co-branding assets (Accredited+), and ongoing support. The fee varies by tier and student capacity.

Yes, you can upgrade your licence at any time. You'll pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and the new tier benefits apply immediately.

Regional Hubs receive a percentage of every student certification fee collected through their centre. The exact split is detailed in the licensing agreement and is based on exam volume.

Each licence is tied to one institution and one physical location. If you operate multiple campuses, each requires its own licence, though volume discounts may apply.

Affiliate tier gets online support via email and chat. Accredited Centres get priority support with faster response times. Regional Hubs receive a dedicated account manager for personalised assistance.

Licences are annual. You can cancel at the end of your billing cycle with 30 days' notice. There are no mid-term refunds, but you can upgrade or add capacity at any time.
